Motel 6 Salem, OR

Exceeded my expectations as a budget motel, and the staff were friendly. I stayed on the second floor so it was quieter, and it was clean and looked fairly newly renovated. The bed was firm and pillows were soft, I slept very well. It was also no hassle letting my dogs stay, even though I had an extra one. I really appreciate not getting separated from my dogs, and for the price it's hard to beat anywhere else. The only thing is there's no hair dryer, so I used the heater to dry my hair. Would def stay here again if needed! Thanks again!

This Hotel is AMAZING, when I say their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers EVERYONE is amazing. They’re all so nice, professional and extremely accommodating. Obviously due to the area there is always gonna be a few homeless people walking around however the staff are very vigilant on keeping those who are not supposed to be on property off property. They also keep the rooms very clean and well maintained. Their pricing is also one of the lowest in town, so you would think with them being as affordable as it is the hotel would be questionable but they do they’re absolute best to make sure they ban and DNR individuals who come on property to cause any mischief. The safety also very vigilant on being protective. While staying here we had an individual who had been stalking and harassing me and my family. When does individual was on their property actively stocking my family. The staff made sure to warn me and got law-enforcement involved when he went too far and they protected my family wonderfully if I could give them more than five stars I would!

Got here before check in my room was ready ..nice cozy and clean .staff super nice people ..good location close to freeways and shopping also pet friendly

Went to stay with a couple friends from out of town and had a great time. The staff was friendly, the other guests were friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect the room was clean.

I haven't been here in along time. I was shocked it was way better than I remembered now 5he staff a lady that helped me was so amazing and got my tired d9g and me into our room so fast I was impressed by clean it was inside the room the parking lot and office ppl put down this motel 6 alot but you definitely get what you pay for. I love this motel 6 and definitely would go back no problem might schedule for a few days next month. The bathroom was very clean. T.v was just the right size, big big parking lot the bed was actually one of the best beds I've slept in in a long time.its a really great motel and I will be going back for sure. And 5hey have a smoking room how awesome is that these days my dog potbrownie feel asleep right away.and posted the Pic here for all of you to enjoy so stop in they will leave a light on for you and they truly will.

Overall a good spot for a cheap and short stay. Didn’t encounter any issues and the receptionist was a very helpful person too

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Salem, Oregon and I must say, the staff made my experience truly enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff member at the front desk was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the area. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition for their hard work. My room was always clean and well-maintained, and they were always willing to provide extra towels or toiletries when needed. Overall, the staff at Motel 6 in Salem, Oregon truly made my stay memorable. Their friendly and welcoming attitudes made me feel right at home. Its been years since I stayed at this particular motel. I have to admit its much better than it used to be. I love the new room design. No carpets and solid bed frames. HOWEVER! The mattresses are not the same (hence knocking off a star). They are so soft that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. I am still achy and sore. I would love it if they were still the old firm ones like they used to be. As far as the dog barking all night long in the floor above us, I don't blame Motel 6 for that. I blame the owner for leaving the poor thing in there by his/her self. And I can sleep through the barking of a dog OK. But that mattress...ugg!
